Civil Service Commission
Among the duties of the Lakewood Civil Service Commission, the Commission provides testing to determine merit and fitness of qualified applicants for original and promotional appointment to classified positions with the City of Lakewood and Lakewood Board of Education.

PATROL OFFICER
CITY OF LAKEWOOD
The City of Lakewood Civil Service Commission intends to hold entry level testing this summer for the position of Patrol Officer. At the time of the exam each examination applicant must possess a current Certificate of Physical Agility from Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) certifying that the applicant has passed the physical agility exam.
For those that do not possess a current Certificate of Physical Agility, please contact Tri-C at 216-987-5076 to schedule for the May 19, 2013 or June 23, 2013 exams.
